Shipping.
The “Client” order is shipped 2/3 business days from reception of order. For accelerated handling of order, the “Client” shall indicate such request in the “Note Box” provided in the shopping bag prior checking out. Upon reception of the “Client” notice, we will do the outmost to expedite the order.
United States Shipment.
The “Client” order is shipped through United State Postal Services (USPS) Priority Mail 2/4 days from pick-up at OBM shipping facilities.
OBM offer alternative shipping services at check-out if desired by the “Client”.
International Shipment.
The “Client” order is shipped through United State Postal Services (USPS) First Class Mail 7/20 days from pick-up at OBM shipping facilities pending on the “Client” country’s custom procedural regulations.

Return Policy.
The “Client” may return or exchange new, unworn and unwashed purchased item within 21 days from purchase.
The “Client” shall understand that once the “Return Label” has been removed, the purchased item cannot be returned and will not be accepted by “OBM”. The purchased item must be returned in its original condition with the tags still attached. Once the tag is removed, the item cannot be returned.
The “Client” shall assume responsibility for all shipping and full insurance coverage value of the returned purchased item.
Return Procedures.
To return a purchased item, the “Client” shall login to their account, view the order through the “Complete Orders” link under the “My Account” menu and select the “Return Item” commend. OBM will notify the “Client” by email advising of the refund or exchange credit once the purchased item has been received and processed at OBM’s facilities.
